How do I use it?
Please register first.
Once you have registered, email us to request an appointment, providing at least 2 time options (GMT). Appointment requests must have at least 48 hours notice.

Once your appointment has been confirmed via email response, you will need to immediately pay for your 30 minute session. Your payment must be confirmed to us at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time.

At the arranged time of your appointment, please click on the live support button available on the top left of every page.

How do I pay?
Members can pay for our live chat service by clicking the buy now button. We use Paypal™ as our secure payment gateway.
